Biography by Dr. Mariia Domina
I am Assistant Professor in Business Law at the University of Lorraine (France). My research is based on interdisciplinary methodology, drawing from the fields of law and economics, law and psychology with a particular focus on comparative law.
As a board member of ESELS, my aim is to contribute to the development of activities of this new vibrant organization that reunites people passionate about empirical legal research. I believe my voice can act as a “bridge” between young and senior researchers, thereby ensuring that the interests and needs of all members are accommodated within the Society.
